Rise & Shine, created and taught by Haley Havelock, is a five-day yoga series designed to energize your mornings and set a positive tone for your day. Each 30-minute class is different, well-rounded, and blends dynamic movement, strength-building sequences, and deep stretches to leave you feeling refreshed and empowered. Meet Your Teacher
Hi, I’m Haley Havelock, and I’m so happy to share this space with you. I’m a lover of movement, a proud dog mom of two, an amateur fly fisherwoman, and a yoga teacher. I’ve been practicing yoga for many years and teaching for almost a decade. Every day, I feel more grateful for this work. My hope is that through these online classes, you’ll find a way to practice that feels consistent, sustainable, and most importantly, true to you. I’ve learned that long practices every day aren’t always realistic—or even necessary. That’s why my classes are under 60 minutes, thoughtfully designed to be full-body and leave you feeling as nourished as a longer session.
