Meet Haley.

My introduction to yoga was subtle—a childhood class my dad took me to because my mom was exploring this “new hobby.” I didn’t really connect with it back then, but that early exposure planted a quiet seed. That’s one of the gifts of yoga: it evolves with us, even if we don’t feel its pull immediately.

In college, my relationship with yoga really began to blossom. I still remember wandering into Yoga Tree Castro and signing up for my very first vinyasa class. I was completely new to the practice and felt a bit out of my element, yet something about that class spoke to me. It challenged me in unexpected ways—nurturing my spirit, teaching me patience, and showing me how to embrace discomfort with resilience. With every practice, I discovered that yoga was a path of growth, each moment on the mat unveiling new insights about myself.

Since that memorable day, I’ve poured thousands of hours into training and study, evolving alongside my practice. Today, I’m an E-RYT500 certified teacher, and I feel incredibly lucky to lead teacher trainings, workshops, retreats, and online classes for students from all over the world. For me, every practice is a chance to share the joy of yoga and connect with others in a heartfelt, genuine way. I strive for clear, thoughtful sequencing and a warm, down-to-earth approach that honors each person’s unique experience.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll likely find me outdoors—hiking, backpacking, weightlifting, cycling, or fly fishing. I truly believe life is best spent outside, especially when you’re surrounded by those you love.

Teaching yoga has been one of the greatest blessings of my life, and I’m grateful for every step along the way. Thank you for being a part of this evolving experience.

Let’s Practice.
