Meet Haley.
I first came to yoga as a kid, dragged into a class with my dad because my mom was into this weird new hobby. Spoiler: I wasn’t exactly a fan at first. But in college, during an identity crisis, I wandered into a place called Yoga Tree Castro, took my first vinyasa class—and was completely hooked. That day set me on a path that I haven’t left.
I didn’t start yoga expecting it to change me—I just wanted to move my body. But I quickly realized it was more than just exercise. Yoga helped me reconnect with myself, understand my body in a deeper way, and find a sense of calm amidst the mental noise. Over time, yoga has brought me health, strength, resilience, patience, and a sense of community that I cherish deeply.
In my teaching, I strive to create down-to-earth, fulfilling classes that are skillfully and thoughtfully sequenced. I take the role of teaching yoga seriously and integrate philosophy in a way that feels natural and accessible. I’m known for my warm, welcoming, and humble approach, and I commit to cultivating a real, authentic community where everyone feels supported.
Whether you join me in person, online, or through my class collections, my goal is to help you feel strong, joyful, and grounded.
When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me hiking, cycling, fly fishing, or off-roading to explore less-traveled places with my partner and our two beautiful dogs.
Teaching yoga has been one of the greatest blessings of my life, and I couldn’t do it without you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
